When will you ship my order?
We do our best to ship all orders within 24 business hours unless an issue occurs. After your order has been processed, it takes around 7 to 10 business days for the item to be delivered. There can be delays beyond our control such as customs and postal service delays.
If you need your order very urgently, we also provide a 5-day emergency delivery option.
What does the shipping cost?
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $8 per order. For urgent orders, we charge $15 for shipping, and we will receive it within 3-5 working days.
How does free shipping work?
We offer free shipping for all orders over $60.00 all over the world.
Are there duty & customs fees associated when ordering from outside the United States?
If you live outside of the United States, there may be duty & customs fees associated with your order. The shipping fee we charge only covers shipping.
We are not responsible for any duty & fees charged by your local government and no refunds will be issued for packages that are returned for failure to pay duty fees.
Where can I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped. Simply click on "View my Order" and you will be taken to the tracking page.
You can cancel items within the first 24 hours once placing an order. Once your order will start being processed, we will not be able to cancel it.

We accept refund claims within 30 days from your purchase. Beyond a period of 30 days or more since your order, unfortunately we won’t be able to offer you a refund.
In order to be eligible for item return, your item must be in its package, not used in any way and in similar condition to when you received it. It also must contain its original package. Once providing a receipt or another proof of purchase we will decide whether to approve or disapprove your claim and notify you.Once being approved, your refund process will start, and your credit card or PayPal account will be automatically credited within a number of days.
Your banks or credit card company might require additional processing time to complete the refund.
